error massage

Hello, I am new in this forum , actually i want to share my problem , please help me .
my problem is when i want to connect toad with oracle 11g, a error message is coming ,like

Access violation at address 67614564 in module 'ORA805.dll'. Write of address 00000160

It seems that you have a very old Oracle 8.0 client installed. You probably need to update to a more recent client to resolve this.
