Error in v13 trying to update AutoReplace.txt

I just tried to update my AutoReplace.txt file in v13 and got an "Access is denied" error.
I have sent a screen shot and the plsqldev.elf to your support email.

This error situation has been corrected in 13.0.1, but you will need to save your AutoReplace.txt file at a different location than under C:\Program Files\...

Actually, I was able to resolve myself by giving my user Full Control of the AutoReplace.txt file via the security settings in the file properties in Windows 7. I was then able to save the changes.
