Environment freezes when performing get from VCS

We have the VCS plugin installed with the Team Foundation Server MSSCCI Provider to be able to work with the Team System source control within the PLSQL development environment (7.1). Every time we try to do a get the environment freezes and has to be terminated from the task manager.

Any assistance is appreciated.
