I really like the autorecovery feature in v5.1.3 and often use it for more than it was designed. I like to keep all of my open work (saved & unsaved) together. When I have to jump on another tasks and don't have the memory to launch another instance, I simply launch task manager, go to the process for the right instance and then end the process. With the next launch of PLSQL Developer I get a list of recovery sessions from which to choose.
It would be nice to be able to just do a quick save (take a snapshot) and name your session of open (saved & unsaved) files to make available for later use.
I realize I could just create a project and save the files there but these are just temporary work files that won't be needed later.
