Enhancement request

Simple enhancement request. Add an option to control the number of windows that can be selected off the Window menu. Right now, it is fixed at 9. I find the window menu much more convenient than the file list that is part of the Tools->Browser. Usually when I am developing I have the Browser turned off unless I need to use a template or view a DB object.
