Enhancement Request: Tab Dragging and Ripping

Inside of many of the different types of windows you have tabs. It would be nice if we could "rip" a tab off the tab bar and drag and dock it to the side or bottom within the current window. Sometimes it would be nice to see the information from 2 or more tabs at the same time without having to switch back and forth.
