When editing large PL/SQL programs, it would be really nice to have a horizontal window splitter (like MS Word or Visual Studio has). This would allow back/forward reference to another code block while editing. This would be good for productivity, and very helpful to those of us with short-term memory problems (what did I name that variable in the declaration, anyway...)
