Enhancement Request: schema compare command line

Please could the excellent schema compare functionality be made available so it could be scripted as a command line task as well as from the GUI.

This is on the list of enhancement requests. We hope to have several interactive functions available from the Command Window command-line so that they can be run in batch mode.
