Enhancement Request: Roll Up/Down Button

I frequently use the Describe feature to get a floating stay-on-top window for tables or view. I roll them up and stash them up high out of the way while I am working. When I need to peek at the structure of one of them, I click the roll down button, take a quick look, then ... ... why do I have to chase the button to the bottom of the page to roll the window back up?? Can we have a roll up button where the roll down button was so I can just click-peek-click? Thanks.

How about a docking window where we could put those describe windows (instead of 'finding' space on the desktop)?

Dan, this button used to be were you want it, but it was changed recently, in 7.0 or 7.1. I like the old look better as well.
