Enhancement request: Program window - leave schema qualifier

In the program window, when you press F8 the schema qualifier is automatically removed. This often leads to errors because of the way new/new versions of triggers and packages are distributed to our customers.

I would very much like to have an option that allows us to always leave the schema qualifier in place.
