Enhancement request for Text Importer: skip first lines

Hi Marco,

I use the text importer to import log files into the database. These logfiles have a few header lines before the actual data begins, which I remove manualy before importing.

A feature would be nice in the Text Importer Configuration that says: Skip first N lines.
