Enhancement Request: Export Results

I think that it would be helpful if the Export Results / SQL File prompted 'do you wish to open this new file?' after writing it to disk.

this is low on the priority list for me though (Export Results / to clipboard as / SQL, then open a new SQL and paste and then save as).
