Enhancement Request: Describe Window

I would like an option to have the rollup button (the little yellow triangle on the bottom right of the window) on the title bar.

My reason, right now I am doing a lot of back and forth with SQL Windows and Describe windows and it is driving me nuts to click the triangle to see the whole list and then to close it I have to move to the bottom of the window (all of the Describe windows are different heights, so the little triangle is in a different place). With the triangle on the window's title bar I click, look for the columns I need and click in the same spot to roll it up.

This would allow you to shrink the Describe window to just the title bar, shrinking it by half of what is currently done.
