Enhancement: Color coding SQL Output data

It would be awesome to have a feature, that can change the color of the SQL output.
Eg. Change the background color (to RED) of the cell in Column "B" if the data in the cell = 'Error'.

May be using CSS in the comments in the select statement. Or something in the context menu of the column header (like 'Column Totals').
