When having run-time errors in the PLD program, in the versions before 11 (include beta versions) a window was displayed saying that an elf file was created and should be sent to support.
In version 11, a tabbed window with a checkbox: "copy to clipboard" is displayed. No hint on what to do with the information.
Is this by design? On the positive side, the developers will not be overloaded with elf files from users that have experienced run-time errors.
The elf file is still created in the directory %appdata%\"PLSQL Developer" but this information is now hidden from the user.
