Editor, hyperlinking on a marked (green) item, shows blue text on green background, hard to read

When the cursor is on a code element (e.g. a variable) it is marked with green background. In dark mode, when hyperlinking that item (Ctrl+mouse click), the hyperlinked text is shown with blue text on green background, which is hard to read. Please enhance this.
