Edit Package label in Window List

In Window List, labels of all program windows contain something like: 'Edit Package - .'.

I have Window List displayed and docked, but it is pretty narrow. The 'Edit Package' text makes it pretty much impossible for me to see the actual package name. I think that it is not necessary to have it here and I suggest to remove it.

I believe that it wasn't there in version 7.

Yes, I did select "Short Text".

It still shows: "Edit package ...".

Without "Short Text", it shows: "Program Window - Edit source of package ..."

Sorry, I missed this. There is currently no method beyond the "Short Text" option to reduce the size of the caption. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.

I think that it should be a bug. That is because, it is inconsistent caption between select scripts and database objects. For instance:

S -
P - Edit package .

As well, it wasn't there in previous versions.

The "S - abc.sql" title is for a file. If you open a file in the Program Window, it will also say "P - employee.pck". If you open a source from the data dictionary, the text will be longer (and more precise). This has not changed.

Why not? For example, you can change it to [EPB | EP | VPB | VP]-employee, it's very important for developers to see what they working on.
