Drag from code content to editor area to create call statement

When I drag a function from the object browser to the editor area a context menu will pop-up so I can create the call statement. This is a great time saver. I cannot do the same from the code content window to the editor area.

I want to be able to drag a private function in the code content window to the editor area and have the call statement written for me.
