Download PLSQL Developer 11

I had to reinstal computer and struggle to find how to download version 11 (licenced), can someone help me? I remember there was a download page for older version, but I cannot fine how to get there.

I remember last time it hard to find also on the google, I was never able to find it through your page.

Maybe because you want to propagate the new version, little sad as I love 11 because of normal icons and buttons but new versions starting to get some very useful function I cold use.
