doa40d2006 and Oracle 11gR2 compatibility

We searched the forum and did not find exactly what we are looking for. We are planning a migration from Oracle 10gR2 to 11gR2. We should not have to get a new verion of DOA correct? We should not have to re-compile anything either correct? Your confirmation would be greatly appreciated for planning purposes.
