We just purchased XE4 yesterday. Will our license cover the XE5 version? XE5 is what we need. Also, can the XE4 version be installed in XE5?

Your license does indeed cover XE5. The Delphi XE5 package was published yesterday. C++Builder XE5 will follow shortly.
