DOA and Delphi Enterprise Trial

I have a colleague who is starting to use Delphi 6 - we have a pending prject which will require several licences. As a starter and generally test things out I have installed the Delphi 6 trial on his machine and to demonstrate what will be required used a basic DOA connection, DOA dataset, D6 datasource and D6 data grid.

When compiling I get a DCC error and cannot proceed. When I remove the DOA components and reset Delphi 6, recompile with vanilla stuff I get no error.

Naturally my setup (Full D6Ent and DOA licences) works without a problem.

My question - is DOA incompatible with the Delphi Trial? We need to get this second guy up and running on D6 before the project gets underway and will be eventually purchasing more DOA licences.

Forgot to mention - this guy is running under a Windows 95 platform (Yeah, I *know*!!! )

The Delphi 6 trial VCL is indeed incompatible with the Delphi 6 commercial VCL. I can send you a Direct Oracle Access trial version that is compiled against the Delphi 6 trial VCL if you want. Just send me an e-mail if you are interested.
