DOA 4.0.7 (Delphi 6) compatibility with Oracle 18C

HI I am trying to Connect Oracle 18c using DOA 4.0.7 from Delphi 6. Unfortunately I am getting ORA-12577 error. Can anyone help on the same?

Can you check if the Oracle Home bin directory is listed first in the PATH environment variable? Can you also check if the ORACLE_HOME environment variable is defined correctly?
