DOA 3.4.6, Oracle 10g Server and clientes 8i

Hi,

I'm porting the database server to Oracle 10g, and when I'm loggin in the application there is a problem and the application fails.

when it's in design time, the component OracleSession log in successfully.

The client version os 8i and the DOA version is 3.4.6.

I thing if its a problem between DOA version and RDBMS version, neither in the design time I would successfully login.

Any help?

What exactly is the error message?

Note that 3.4.6 does not support the Oracle10g client or server. You will have to upgrade to 4.0.

The error is OCI error, handling a table with a CLOB field.

Upgrades are covered by the Annual Service Contract, which costs USD 50 per license. It entitles you to receive updates and technical support for the period of 1 year.

Do you have a reseller in Brazil?

We have 5 licences (object) bought 2-3 years ago, but I think whithout support.
