DOA 3.12 with Oracle8.1.5 PE

DOA 3.12 and Oracle (i Personal Edition in Windows 98 return in logon the error SQL*NET not properly installed, Why?
What about the solution?

Only version 3.3.0 and later are compatible with Net8 8.1 (the Oracle8i client), so you probably need to upgrade.
