Developer minimizes to the wrong taskbar

Hi,

I'm using windows 8.1 with 2 monitors, plsql developer 10.0.5.1710 01.82496. Developer systematically minimzes to the wrong taskbar/monitor. If I position it on the left monitor, it minimizes to the right. If I position is on the right monitor, it minimizes to the left.

Any help would be appreciated; needless to say this behaviour is unwanted, to say the least.

Already tries:
- reinstall
- pin/unpin to both taskbars
- compatibility modes for all earlier windows version
- run as admin
