DBMS Output window enhancement request

Something that would be handy (at least to me!) is for the DBMS Output tab "default save name" to be the "Test Script" name (with .out as the type), if the window hasn't been saved yet. Currently, it seems that the last saved DBMS Output save name is used, no matter *which* test window it was used on (which is a bit annoying).

Also, is there a list of suggested enhancements somewhere? I didn't find a list (and I didn't want to post for an already posted enhancement request).
