Date problem in the SQL Window

When using an SQL Window to query data, I am getting the following error when I click on the small arrow beside a date column :

Overflow while converting variant of type (Date) into type (Date).

Is there a way to fix this?

That sounds like an old bug. What is your PL/SQL Developer version (Help > About screen)?

Where can I get an upgrade? Only the trial version is available on the website.
