D7 Application with DOA under Vista RTM

Hi,

i am using Windows Vista Ultimate RTM with Oracle Client 10.2.0.1 and current DOA Release. Applications were developed with Delphi 7 Pro. If i like to run my Applications i have to "run them as Administator" otherwise i get no database connection. Programs using ado or odbc connections don't have this problem. if i try to start oracle sqlplus i have the same problem. maybe u know how i can solve this problem.

This works fine for me. What exactly goes wrong? Any error messages?
