D2006 compile error

Using Delphi 2006 and migrating from doa40D7 to doa40d2006, receive [Pascal Fatal Error] E2202 Required package 'doa40d2006dcldb' not found. DOA installed in Delphi 2006 and Oracle menu item shows, also Info item under Oracle menu item shows: DOA 4.0.7.1 Standard Version (Registered) Serialnumber xx.xxxxx (4 user license) OCI: not intialized.

BPL had doa40d2006.dcp in requires statement and then added doa40d2006dcldb.dcp after we replaced doa40D7 with doa40d2006.

We do not see doa40d2006dcldb.dcp in the installation library.

Never mind, after removal of file, save, close all, exit and restart D2006, it appears to be gone now.
