cvs connect ???

ok, i've installed the ...
1. vcs plug-in
2. igloo interface

i'm a little confused about what goes in the dialogs ...
for example,

Open Version Control Project
System: Jalindi Igloo
Project: test
User: Administrator
Local Path: C:\drive-h-cvs-sandbox\plsql-dev\test
Aux Path: server:Administrator@localhost:2401/drive-g-cvs-server/cvsrepos/plsql-dev

it seems to connect, but when i try to "Get Files ...", i get ...

C:\drive-h-cvs-sandbox\plsql-dev\test> cvs update WsuFinFoapal.prj
2401/drive-g-cvs-server/cvsrepos/plsql-dev: no such repository
cvs update: authorization failed: server localhost rejected access to 2401/drive-g-cvs-server/cvsrepos/plsql-dev for user Administrator
cvs update: used empty password; try "cvs login" with a real password

also, i can't seem to logon to my repository ???
when i click on the "Run Jalindi Igloo ...", i enter ...

CVS Login
CVSROOT: server:Administrator@localhost:2401/drive-g-cvs-server/cvsrepos/plsql-dev
Enter Password: secretword

but, it comes back with the following error ...

C:\drive-h-cvs-sandbox\plsql-dev\test> cvs login
(Logging in to Administrator@localhost)
2401/drive-g-cvs-server/cvsrepos/plsql-dev: no such repository
cvs login: authorization failed: server localhost rejected access to 2401/drive-g-cvs-server/cvsrepos/plsql-dev for user Administrator

any help will be greatly appreciated
