Custom Browser Folders

I am trying to create a custom folder called "Private" under the "Database links" system folder so I can only show those DBLinks that are private. It appears that all custom folders query the ALL_OBJECTS, which doesn't seem to contain DBLinks.

Is there a way that I can do this?
If not, can you enhance the Custom folder to allow querying on any object, not just ALL_OBJECTS.
