Cursor position and selection

While in editor window select a text (either with mouse or keyboard)
moving cursor backwards.
The character position field in statusbar changes properly.

Now clear selection and select a text by moving cursor forward.
The character position field in statusbar does not change.

Plugin API function IDE_GetCursorX behaves in similar way.

The start of the selection is displayed. We'll see if we can enhance this.
