No, but the application that reads the CSV file (e.g. Excel) should interpret these quotes.

The TSV format does not use quotes.

Alternatively, you can write a Plug-In for user-defined export formats.

It would be nice to have that as an option to omit the double quotes (Toad, for example, does this).

Also, options to exclude the column headers and select the delimiter (e.g. ~), would be helpful.

Any thoughts for this in a future release?
