Couldn't find oracle.h(hpp) in Kylix 3 (C++ IDE)

Why Kylix 3 (C++ IDE) at use DOA does not find a header file oracle.h (hpp), it depends Kylix 3(Delphi IDE) compiles the same project and finds oracle.pas??

Kylix 3 C++ is not supported, only Delphi.

That probably will not happen. There is not much demand.
