Could this tool connect MS-SQL Server DB?

In my company, we use 2 DB,Oracle and MS SQL Server , I found this is good develop tool to Oracle ,and i want to know it's able to connect MS SQL Server DB or not ?and how to ?

No, that will not be possible. PL/SQL Developer is Oracle-Only.

You could use it via an Oracle database together with Oracle Transparent Gateway for Microsoft SQL Server.
