control key does not work

I've upadated plsqldev to 12.0.7
and found that:
alphabetic-keys and numeric-keys work fine .
but control key (Such as BackSpace, Enter,delete..) does not work!
Shift + Backspace works as Backspace.

So, I've Reinstall plsqldev to 11.0.6 , it works fine as usual!

What's goin on ?

I'm not sure what could cause this. Are these keys not working in the editors, in the grids, or both?

Ans:in the editors.

In the grids ,It woks fine.
But in the large data editor,
Text tab ->not work.
RTF tab -> work.
HTML tab -> not work.

Okay. Can you go to Preferences > Key Configuration, press the "Reset to Default" button, and try again?

I reset key configuration, But nothing changed.

Additional Information.

Even if I use the on-screen keyboard, the result is the same as the physical keyboard.
