control behavior of ctrl-backspace

Is there an option to control the behavior of ctrl-backspace? It used to bring the cursor to the beginning of the current row, but now, at least with version 11.0.6.1796 (64 bit), it backs it up to the end of the previous row. Or is there some other way to backspace to the beginning of the current row without having to hit backspace however many times?

By default the Ctrl-Backspace key deletes the word left of the cursor. The Home key brings the cursor to the start of the line. You can go to Preferences > Key Configuration to change these key assignments.
