Connect w/o UserID or Password

My database connection requires no username or password. I would like to be able to execute the following command and NOT have the login screen pop up:
\QueryReporter.exe userid=/@database exec=Report.rep html=Report.html hide

Is there functionality that supports this or some workaround?
