CompareSource Plug-in - List index out of bounds (-1)?

I'm having trouble getting this plug in to work. I get the initial dialog, choose to compare the current text to a schema object, click Compare, then get an Error dialog that says "List index out of bounds (-1) caused by Plug-in: PL/SQL Developer CompareSource Plug-in version 2003/12/03. Disable it?"

I choose No and the dialog closes with no further action.

Any help anyone can provide will be appreciated.

As the author I guess I'd better stepup and answer.

I don't know, but when I get back to the PC with the source code on it (tonight) I'll have a look.

Sorry, I have been distracted.

Is ExamDiff.exe located in C:\Program Files\PLSQL Developer\ExamDiff ?

Yes. I also have another version with a later date on it. I tried swapping that in but it made no difference, still got the same error.
