compare user objects

Hello,
I need to compare objects in one database to objects in another database syncing the two schemas. The target database is disconnected from the net.
It's not a one time job it occurs regularly.
How can I do that?

You need to be able to connect to both databases when using the "Compare User Objects" tool.

Is it possible to export user objects to file and compare the schema objects to this file?
