Compare Table Data - large files

I commonly use the compare table data function to reconcile my test database with the production data, which generates a fair number of records. When hitting the save button, a long delay occurs (3-4 minutes) before the Save As... dialog appears, as if the entire text is being stored in memory before the dialog opens. Could some sort of buffering be implemented to improve performance?

I think it already works with files. Maybe there is another efficiency problem. We'll check it out.
