Comment line function key works for one line only

From the new features page I noticed the following:

A new function key “Comment/Uncomment Line‿ has been added, which is assigned to Ctrl+’-‘ by default. This function adds double hyphens to comment a line, or will remove them if already present.

This works perfectly for the line the cursor is on. but can you make it also work if multiple lines are selected?

I did in version 14 and because I saw this new feature I thought that this excellent functionality is now standard in version 15, as has happened to many popular plugins.

If this new feature is meant to work for one line only then of course I will continue to use your excellent plugin!

We'll enhance this for multiple selected lines.
