Command Window errors

Command Window does not recognize some SQL stmts.
CREATE TYPE ... for instance - Command Window does not recognize inheritance clauses.

As a result I got 'ORA-00900 invalid SQL statement' error.

Compiling script 'Create TYPE ...' in Program Window looks okay; also compiling such script in SQL+ seems fine.

Can you send me a script that leads to ORA-00900 so that I can reproduce this?
