Hello, In my company we use the Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0

Use Query Reporter 3.0.0.241.
The Guide is the version 2.0.

Exists options parameters ou action parameters for create graph, in the command line interface??

No, there is currently no command-line interface for graphics. These are only available interactively. This is on the list of enhancement requests though, and the next version will have a GRAPH command-line parameter.
