Color Blind setting for errors in the dialog tab of the command window?

I am red-green color blind and am haveing an extremly difficult time picking out that tiny red underscore in a large block of code... can someone help me figure out how to change the color of this?

I am using PL/SQL developer version 7.0.3.1123

Unfortunately this color is not configurable. The only way to get better contrast is to change the text and/or background color.

I have added this to the list of enhancement requests though.
