code assistant and a scrolling window

Ok, let's see if I can explain this one...

I've got an SQL window with a query where one particular condition is an expresstion that is wider than the display, causing the display to scroll as I type. However, if the window tries to scroll while code assistant is up, it removes the code assistant window, leaving me hopelessly in the dark.

Anyhoo, can you make the code assistant stay up whilst the window is scrolling? Let me know if you need a more clear description of what I'm describing.
