Close operation give different options [Version 12]

Hi,
It seems when PLSD is closed either by File-> Exit or windows close "X" it asks the save changes Yes/No/Cancel and also gives a tick box "Do the same for all windows".

However, In my Windows 10 task bar, i can right click the PLSD Icon and select "Close Window" and when did, it displays the Save Changes message but it doesn't give the Tick box option.

Not a big problem as i can press cancel and close it within application.
