Sometimes when I switch open windows using the window list, parts of other windows briefly flash. Example:
In this case, the scrollbar you see is from a TextPad window that I had open in the background. If I bring it to the foreground, you can see that it's right there:
In this case, I have to exactly click the window list in a spot that has the TextPad scrollbar underneath. If I click more to the left or right, the scrollbar does not show.
This happens with scrollbars, but I've also seen the Close, Minimize and Restore buttons from underlying windows peek through.
This happens in PL/SQL Developer 7, and I have never seen it happen before in version 6 (although I had my window list on the left there, so the chance would have been much smaller.)
Is this just my system being weird, or is this a bug in PL/SQL Developer?
