Hi, Can I use the PL/SQL Developer 12.0 Chinese Language Pack with the version 13.0?

PL/SQL Developer 13.0 comes with a Chinese language pack that you can select from the list on the User Interface / Appearance preference page.

There is no need to use the 12.0 language pack.
